1. Showroom Sales Executive
Location: Singapore (around Ang Mo Kio — TBC) · Full-time
You'll be responsible for
- Welcoming walk-in customers and demonstrating AquaLuxe water systems
- Providing honest, knowledgeable product recommendations
- Managing quotations, invoices, and simple WhatsApp follow-ups
- Helping create a welcoming, high-trust retail experience
You're a great fit if you
- Enjoy talking to people and have good energy
- Have sales, retail, or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- Are proactive, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
Training provided. Basic + Commission. CPF + Incentives included.
2. Customer Support Executive
Location: Ang Mo Kio · Full-time
You'll be responsible for
- Managing WhatsApp and online chat inquiries professionally
- Scheduling appointments with sales/installation teams
- Handling post-sales queries with empathy and speed
- Updating CRM records and supporting smooth internal handovers
You're a great fit if you
- Communicate well in text and speak fluent English
- Are organised and responsive — even under pressure
- Have prior experience in admin, support, or coordination roles
