Bowen leads sales and marketing at AquaLuxe. The ads you see, the website, the WhatsApp replies, the showroom consultations and the installation bookings that follow all sit with him, along with pricing and how we explain the EliteTap™ to a first-time buyer. Since joining, he has walked hundreds of Singapore homeowners through the choice between the 2-in-1, 3-in-1 and 4-in-1 systems, usually at the Midview City showroom.
He came to AquaLuxe after nine years in growth marketing and SEO. He ran Fractal Digital, an SEO consultancy whose clients included Seedly, SingSaver and ValueChampion, led SEO at the EdTech company KodeKloud, and managed a S$1.2 million annual marketing budget as Growth Marketing Manager at Secret Furnishing, a Singapore window-furnishing brand. Before marketing, he trained as an accountant and worked as an equity analyst, which is why every AquaLuxe quote comes with the 5-year maths worked out.
Bowen is ACCA-qualified and an associate of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He has spoken at the Shenzhen SEO Conference and at the BIGscribe financial influencers meetup in Singapore, and comments on home water systems, direct-to-consumer retail and small-business marketing.
